If the necessary information is obtained and the title deed transaction steps are followed sequentially, the title deed sales transactions can be completed without any problems.

For the title deed, you can first make an appointment from the deed office, where the transaction will be made by logging in via the web-deed system of the seller.

The parties present at the appointment day and time must have some documents with them.

S Documents required from the seller in the deed:

– Original or photocopy of the deed

– Original and one photocopy of Identity Card (T.R. Identity Number)

– Current value letter (a letter from the relevant municipality stating that there is no real estate debt)

– Power of attorney if third parties will carry out the title deed transactions.

If one of the parties is a legal person, the documents required for sale at the title deed are as follows.

– The certificate of authorization issued by the Trade Registry Office of the companies is subject to the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code. – A letter from the relevant municipality that the real estate in question has no fair value and no tax debt.
