He was born in 1967 in the Siverek district of Şanlıurfa.
After completing his primary and secondary school in Istanbul Fatih and his high school education in Sultan Ahmet commercial high school, he graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Economics in 1990.
He obtained the first practical knowledge about accounting in financial advisory offices. Afterward, he worked as a manager in private companies operating in different sectors, and in 1993 he established his financial consultancy company in Taksim.
He carried out this profession for many years with his financial advisory certificate in 1999. Since 2005, he has been responsible for many domestic and foreign companies’ management, investment, and incentive consultancy projects.
Especially since 2002, when KOSGEB was revived, it has made efforts to develop SMES, and columns published in various media in this direction.
In 2014, he obtained an independent auditor certificate from the Republic of Turkey public oversight accounting and auditing standards institution.
NG Net Group Investment and Management Consultancy A.Ş. is one of the Net Group companies. He is the founding general manager of the company.

He completed his professional internship in 2003 and received the title of Certified Public Accountant.
He established his own consultancy office in 2004.
Since 2007, he has been the manager of NG Net Group SMMM Ltd Sti, one of the Net Group companies.
In 2016, he obtained Public Oversight Accounting and Auditing Standards Authority.
